Profit Sharing
 Patriot Subaru has established a profit sharing program that all full time associates participate in, after one full year of service. 

Year End Bonus
 Patriot Subaru has given all associates a year end bonus every year since our company started in 2003.  That included 2020, the pandemic year.

Associate Pricing
 Patriot Subaru offers all associates, full and part-time,  a discount program on vehicles, parts and service.  

Associate Directed Giving
 Many of our associates are involved with non-profit charitable organizations, and Patriot wants to support those endeavors. All associates with 1 year of service are encouraged to submit a written request for a donation to a charitable /community organization of their choice.  The criteria for giving stems from the level of involvement that particular associate has with that organization.  Amounts given vary from $100 to a couple thousand depending on the level of commitment.
