You'll note that our Patriot Subaru Mission Statement has nothing to do with selling cars. We are in the people business, not the car business. If we take care of each customer on a personal level, the numbers will follow. So when we hire, we're seeking people who know how to talk with people, not at them. So yes, when we are hiring people to work in sales, we are eager to talk with people who have experience, but equally interested to talk to people who have never sold, but have a background in direct customer service. We put a lot into training, and we often like those who have no pre-conceived motions.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOB AT PATRIOT SUBARU
Patriot Auto Group, is growing and we are seeking experienced service technicians! Our Patriot Acura location is a 22,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Scarborough. Our Saco Subaru location is one of the busiest service centers in New England , employing over 60 people, incredibly low turnover, and has been awarded "Maine's Best Places To Work" awards for over 10 years straight! If you have 2+ years experience as a technician, we are eager to talk in complete confidentiality. We want to hire full-time techs that have that level of experience and knowledge to provide an exceptional customer experience.
