So when Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland, Maine reached out to us for support of a new community of 13 houses being built in neighboring Scarborough, we saw an opportunity to get into a real hands-on project. Thus, with a donation of $45,000, we were underway.
Well actually, it was a very cold day in December when we presented the check. But by the spring, Patriot Subaru associates were on-site helping to frame out a house. Sales, Finance, Accounting, Service, Techs, Marketing, Managers...associates from every department were there with hard hats and hammers working hard!
